No wonder the Bible says in Ezekiel 36:27, And i will put my spirit within you, and cause you to walk in my status and ye shall keep my judgements, and do them. The first requirement for salvation is for you to declare, confess, announce, and affirm the Lordship of Jesus Christ over your life.

Today we will be discussing about “How To Cook Ofe Onugbo” and its recipes needed in preparing it.

RECIPES
i. Water for cooking
ii. Pepper
iii. Salt
iv. Seasoning cube
v. Onion
vi. Goat meat
vii. Okporoko (stock fish)
viii. Cray fish
ix. Azu (smoked fish of fresh one)
x. Palm oil
xi. Cow skin
xii. Ede
xiii. Onugbo leaf (bitter leaf)
xiv. Ogiri

PROCEDURES
1. Prepare the goat meat, wash properly with salt to avoid chewing sand, wash the fish, stock fish, cow skin and a cup of water, add into a pan, add all the needed seasoning to it, then place on heat and steam for 10-15minutes.
2. Add more quantity of water to the broth, add oil, ede, ogiri, cray fish, pepper, salt, and seasoning cube, allow to simmer for 2minutes.
3. Add the onugbo leaf, cover for 2minutes, re-open the pan Stir very well, taste to know if the recipes are to taste if they are not add up the missing ones, and allow for additional 1minutes before you put the pan down.
Serve With Any Swallow Of Your Choice
