i. Water
ii. Seasoning Cube
iii. Cray Fish
iv. Pepper
v. Salt
vi. Onions
vii. Goat Meat
viii. Dry Fish
ix. Stock Fish
x. Palm Oil
xi. Cow skin
xii. Vegetable leaf (Pumkin)
xiii. Okra
xiv. Oil bean tree (Akana)

1. Cut and wash all the recipes, such as the goat meat, dry fish, stock fish and cow skin, season with, pepper, onion, seasoning cube and a pinch of salt, add little water for steaming. Steam for 10-15 minutes.
2. Wash the okra, then chop it into tiny shapes. Wash the vegetable leaf and then shred it.
3. Place a clean pan on heat, when the water dries off the pan, add sufficient palm oil, well chopped okra, cray fish and the oil bean tree, stir very well, after that add all the steamed recipes, stir properly, add salt, pepper and seasoning cube to taste stir and cover the pan for 1-2 minutes.
4. After 2 minutes, add the well shredded vegetable leaf. Allow to simmer for 1 minute. Then bring it down. SERVE HOT WITH ANY SWALLOW! HAPPY COOKING!!
