CHICKEN CURRY SAUCE SERVE WITH WHITE RICE

Post of the day is “How To Cook Chicken Curry Sauce With White Rice”

RECIPES FOR WHITE RICE
i. Rice ( Your Preferred Quantity)
ii. Salt To Taste

PROCEDURE
1. Wash the rice with salt to avoid much starch, and rinse it twice with clean water, add in a sauce pan
2. Set a heat, place the pan on heat, add water that will cook the rice, add the salt to taste, cover and allow to well cooked.

RECIPES FOR CHICKEN CURRY SAUCE
i. Chicken 4kg (or your choice)
ii. Garlic
iii. Vegetable oil
iv. Curry powder
v. Tin Tomatoe (2 tin)
vi. Fresh Tomatoe (4 pieces)
vii. Onions (4 big piece)
viii. Flour (20gm for thickening)
ix. Green Beans
x. Green Pepper (3 big piece)
xi. Carrot (6 big piece)
xii. Vegetable oil (3 cooking spoon)
xiii. Chicken stock
xix. White and dry pepper
xx. Seasoning cube and salt to taste
xxi. Irish Potatoes
xxii. Chicken seasoning

PROCEDURE
1. Cut and wash the chicken, season with little salt, seasoning cube, pepper and slice little onion into it, place on heat and allow to cook for 1minutes.
2. Allow the chicken boil before adding little water into it. Separate the chicken from the stock, and cover the chicken
3. Place another pan on heat, add the vegetable oil into the sauce pan. add the chopped onion, garlic and ginger stir for a few seconds, after that add the chicken stock and cover for proper steaming.
4. Open the sauce pan, add the sliced tomatoes, the tin tomatoes and the sliced fresh pepper, allow to cook for 5minutes.
5. Add the curry powder inside the stock, place on heat and allow to boil.
6. Dissolve the flour with water, pour inside the stock, add seasoning cube and salt to taste, Pour the chicken inside and allow to boil.
7. Par boil the Irish potato and cut into square shape, then add it into the sauce along side the carrot stir it, lastly cut the green pepper and green beans in any size of your choice cook for 5minutes.
READY TO SERVE

N/B: When Serving The Chicken Curry Sauce With The White Rice, Make A Hole In The Center Of The Cooked White Rice And Serve The Chicken Curry Sauce Inside The Rice.

* You Can Also Eat It With Swallows Like, Semovita or Wheat
