CATALINA DRESSING

This Dressing makes living easy with low fat. And its comprises of different recipes such as, Cider Vinegar, Ketchup, Sweetener, e.t.c for quick thickened with unflavored gelatine. It can be a perfect use for all kinds of Salad.

RECIPES
i. 1/2 cup water
ii. 1/2 teaspoon unflavored gelatin
iii. 1 spoonful Honey
iv. 2 spoonful Corn Syrup
v. 2 tablespoon Ketchup
vi. A pinch of Paprika
vii. A pinch of Grounded red pepper
viii. 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
ix. A pinch of onion powder

PROCEDURES
1. Add water into a clean small sauce pan, then sprinkle in the gelatin and allow to stand for 2minutes 30 seconds to soften thermocool gelatin.
2. Stir over medium heat so as to enable it dissolve well.
3. Remove from heat and whisk in the cider vinegar, ketchup, corn syrup, honey, garlic powder, onion powder, red pepper and paprika.
4. Pour it into a jar that has a tight fitted lid, and cover for refrigerating until serving time.
Shake well before serving.

N/B: it’s Standard recipe carries 67 calories and weighs 6.4g fat which is 86% of calories.

While it’s Fat-To Firm Make over carries 149 calories and weighs 4g fat which is 24% of calories.
