This, she has done admirably by writing a 226-page book on the basic concepts of healthy nutrition so as to reveal the secrets of eating to live in an ever dynamic society such as Nigeria. Nigerians have the opportunity to read through a relevant literature on nutrition and dietetics so as to be able to live “physically vigorous, mentally and emotionally healthy long lives.
